Hukum Penglibatan Orang Islam Dalam Aktiviti Candlelight Vigil

Keputusan:

Muzakarah Jawatankuasa Fatwa Majlis Kebangsaan Bagi Hal Ehwal Ugama Islam Malaysia Kali Ke-88 yang bersidang pada 2 Oktober 2009 telah membincangkan Hukum Penglibatan Orang Islam Dalam Aktiviti Candlelight Vigil. Muzakarah telah memutuskan bahawa:

1.Islam melarang umatnya daripada terlibat dalam apa jua amalan yang bersifat ritual atau upacara agama bukan Islam.

2.Umat Islam dilarang menyertai aktiviti Candlelight Vigil kerana ia mengandungi unsur-unsur tasyabbuh dengan agama bukan Islam yang akan menjejaskan akidah umat Islam.

Keterangan/Hujah:

1.Di dalam Islam, cahaya atau api yang dihasilkan oleh lilin dan selainnya tidak memberi apa-apa pengertian berkaitan aqidah dan kepercayaan. Cahaya atau api hanya merupakan satu alat yang dikurniakan oleh Allah SWT bagi memudahkan urusan kehidupan manusia. Bagaimanapun, api atau cahaya menjadi satu perkara yang amat signifikan bagi agama-agama bukan Islam terutamanya bagi agama majoriti di negara ini iaitu Kristian, Hindu dan Buddha. Amalan Candlelight Vigil khasnya atau kuasa cahaya atau api amnya mempunyai perkaitan langsung dengan ketiga-tiga agama tersebut.

2.Upacara berhimpun di suatu tempat dengan membakar lilin sebagai tanda protes adalah menyerupai amalan agama orang bukan Islam. Hukum Islam jelas melarang umatnya meniru atau menyerupai budaya dan cara hidup orang bukan Islam. Ini berdasarkan sebuah hadith Rasulullah S.A.W. dalam Mausu’ah al-Sunnah, al-Kutub al-Sittah Sahih Muslim: Kitab Al-Aqdiyyah, Hadis ke-18, m.s. 1343 yang bermaksud:

“Sesungguhnya Rasulullah S.A.W. telah bersabda: Barangsiapa yang mengamalkan perkara yang bukan dari pada amalan kami maka ia adalah tertolak”. (Riwayat Muslim)

3.Rasulullah S.A.W turut melarang umatnya daripada melakukan sesuatu perkara yang bukan datangnya dari urusan agama, sepertimana disebutkan di dalam Mausu’ah al-Sunnah, al-Kutub al-Sittah Sahih Muslim: Kitab Al-Aqdiyyah, Hadis ke-17, m.s. 1343 yang bermaksud:

“Telah diberitakan kepada kami oleh Abu Ja’far Muhammad bin al-Subhi dan Abdullah bin Aun al-Hilali kesemua daripada Ibrahim bin Sa’ad telah berkata Ibn al-Subhi, diceritakan kepada Ibrahim bin Sa’ad bin Ibrahim bin Abd al-Rahman bin Auf, diberitakan kepada kami oleh ayahku daripada al-Qasim bin Muhammad daripda Aisyah berkata; Rasulullah S.A.W telah bersabda “Sesiapa yang mengada-adakan (mereka-reka) perkara yang baru dalam urusan kami dan perkara tersebut bukan tergolong di dalamnya maka ia adalah tertolak”. Milin have a birthday party shooting in Kajang. Iffah and me accompanies her.
Iffah happily eating the cupcake and cendol there, until Milin said, " iffah there's will be clown here".
Iffah suddenly wanted to get out from there. She started to cry.
Me and iffah had to go to Secret Recipe, Iffah wanted a cake. Chocolate banana and smarties icecream.
We went there at 4.30pm ,the Secret Recipe have a tea time promotion, free a cup of tea or coffee with a slice of cake. Of course a tea for me. Yeah! we hangout there until 5.30 pm. Playing guessing game and clowning around at that plece. Iffah saw some ladies coming for the their wedding cake. I asked her which one of them is getting married. She said the lady in blue shirt. I asked her why, She too shy to answer. And I just noticed that lady is the preattier.hehe...no hard feeling.
Then we headed to PKNS, bagi for some adidas window shopping. Arggh, there was a range of adidas vespa and nizza collection. Iffah fancied a pair of adidas track suit, but no stock for her size. Lucky me!
So we went to look for a pair of pink track suit. Find one, purple and with thre pink stripes, not and an adidas, but the design is ok and approval from Iffah.
On the way to fetched Milin, she's slept.

Conclusion: Iffah still afraid of clown and she still love pink.
... and I missed the lovely laksam at the party.

Now you guys can happily headed to the OU and Sunway Piramid,because they have opened their outlet there. You guys also can get the limited edition of vans shoe at the Solewhat shop in midvalley or Sungei wang plaza.
And aslo at the Stadium in KLCC.

My skate and scooter buddies in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.From left: Jeran, Kerol, me and Jakpa. Taken by Duan. During that time, we are so into skateboarding, We always skate in the evening at the Padang Bank. And once a while we'll skate in the morning on the Friday, because all the shop were closed on Friday.

We also into scootering, first Duan bought a vespa super 150, then everybody start to amazed with it. Slowy each of us started to buy a vespa, there were like five vespas( Wan, Jakpa, Ijie, Jeran and me).

ARRgh! really missed that time!

I wish I could do that! When I was young may be 9 years old, I had a red bmx with the coastal break, which the freewheel will do the break if we roll it backward. Really cool at that time,I just love do the slide breaking all the time, I had both my knee bled and still had the scar to prove it.hehe..
Then when I was 13 years old, I had another bmx, this time , I bought it bits by bits and put it together, a chrome body, with a pair of blue alloy rims, blue head set with alloy handle bar, white saddle, black crank and blue hand break.At that time, kuwahara was a so popular for a bmx brand. Mine had no brand. I tried to do stuff with that bike, bunny hop, endo, wheelie, barhop, sailing boat but at that time, I can't do much due to no exposure and limited resources(no internet, means no youtube..hahaha). I only had a chance to read the bmx plus mag(so damn expensive-imported) when I had enough money to buy it in the town. And only one shop had it, Rakesh's bookstore behind Hankyu jaya in Kota Bharu where I also buy the dandy and beano comics. I also can't do much of the freestyle thing due hard to find equipment such as the pegs and the gyro-rotor. I only manage to the pegs when I was in form 2(also involve the money problems), but that time there are only two bmxers in my kampung. So we only cruising in the evening and try to bunny hop stuff such as the aluminum can and plank.hehe..
Then, I saw a plastic with four little wheels attached on it in one of the supermarket in kota bharu. I knew right away that I wanted it. I managed to save some money and bought the small skateboard and it was plastic and pink! and the rest is history. (Skateboard story another time.)
As for the bmx, I used it as the transport to go to school, Sekolah menengah Jalan Bayam(at that time, now change to Sekolah Ahmad Maher), I think it was the whole year when I was in form 2.
Just imagine what if I had the right bmx for street at that time! I wish!

22. Clean grills: Spray vinegar on a ball of tin foil, then use it to give the grate a firm scrub.
23. Disinfect wood cutting boards: Wipe down wood boards with a wash of vinegar.
24. Clean the microwave: Fill a microwave-safe bowl with 2 cups water and ½ cup vinegar. Heat it on full power for 3-4 minutes until it comes to a boil. Keep the door closed for a few minutes longer to let the steam fill the microwave, loosening the grime. Remove the bowl (carefully!) and wipe down interior walls with a sponge.
25. Polish patent leather accessories: Give them a rub with a vinegar-soaked cloth. Buff with a dry cloth

2.30 pm- I had some shivering feeling and body aching, still manage to go to the OU to buy iffah shoes.
10.30 pm - My body temp. starting to shoot-up, 39 C, not a very good feeling.
11.00 pm - went to the local clinic- too crowded, go home had two PCM, when to bed.

Monday, 3, May 2010.
8.00 am-feeling dizzy, went to the local clinic.Had the check-up,outcome, viral infection. The doc give me a day MC. Feeling teribble, sleep all day.
10.00 pm, Iffah's temperature start to increased,38C.
11.00 pm .Iffah vomit.

Tuesday,4,May 2010
9.00 am, bring Iffah to clinic for check-up. After that Iffah slept. Iffah said her leg and feet 'lenguh-lenguh'.
2.00 pm, bring Milin to clinic to check-up.
              Milin also had the fever, her body start to aching, temp 38 C.
9.00 pm Iffah Temp 39C, bath.
10.00 pm Iffah Temp 40C bath and going to Az-Zahrah bangi.
11.00 pm Iffah had another bath at the hospital and some medication.went home.
1.00 am, Iffah temp going down, alhamdulillah.

Wednesday, 5, May 2010
8.00 am- My temp going down. 37C.
9.00 am- me, iffah and Milin start taking our medication. After that iffah sleep until noon.
               Milin rest the whole day, poor her. Sarah just being cute.
3.00 pm- Iffah getting better, Active as usual.
8.00 pm- Sarah temperature is 37C, her temperature up and down between 37 C and 38.5C.
               We water sponge her now and then.

8.00 am- Iffah is back to being cheeky Iffah. Me, no sign of fever, only some coughing. Milin
               is still had the aching but no fever. Sarah just want to sleep on her place.
8.30 am- Me off to work, finally after 3 days of fever fighting. Alhamdulillah.
1.20pm- Only milin left with the aching. InsyaAllah it will get better in the evening.

When Sarah was borned, the hospital gave us the placenta to be burried. I dig-up a hole in front of our house and burried the placenta there. On top of it I planted a hibiscus plant that my mum gave.
Recently the plant started to bloom some flowers. Iffah love to plug flowers to give to Milin. she will said," a flower for you mummy". So yesterday evening, she plug a hibiscus flower and gave to Milin. That night she bring the flower to bed, and she noticed that the flower petal had close-up. She said the flower will wake-up again in the morning when the sun rise. I said no, the flower just dead and that make her very sad. It's took some time for her to accept it. She cried and said that she love flowers and tommorow she will plant back the flower so the flower will grow again.
Now I think she understand the dead concept.

.... After so long not riding the motorcub to office, today I decided to ride to the office....
And suddenly it let me down....It start to slow down half way to the office...
I rode slowly, and suddenly another motorist stop by and asked what happen. I told him the problem. He said may be due to the lubricant oil and the engine was over heated. Then he offered to push my bike to the office, then I just realized that the guy is working at the same office as me, he just at the different department.

... Today still a good day, although my cub had some problem, but there is still good people, helping others in need.....

Last weekend, I went to KL book festival at the PWTC. Whoa! the place was packed. I just browse through all the stalls. Bought some books for Iffah. People go crazy buying all the books. Some people even brought their trolleys to carry the books.
As I browse through, I found some thing rare, a bambino t-shirt for kids. Bambino was a magazine for children produced by creative enterprise sdn.bhd. in the 80's. I remembered reading it during my childhood.

I'm so thrilled to find the t shirt. Yeah! It's a vintage. iffah also love it!

This is one of the usual Q's when I met old friends. hehe... and I answered," not so much, just for fun".
And they will said," just stop la, you too old for that". And I'll just smile.hehe...
To me, skateboarding is just like an addiction, I just can't let it go, (eventhough I can't do all those tricks..hehe). Just cruising on the paveways or concrete waves make my heart beat faster and this feeling is different.
Flashback, some time in 90's ,Me and my skate friends in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, we were skating every day at the Padang Bank (some cemented place near the river side). Yeah, those times, It's pure fun. Every friday morning we would skate in the morning, because all the shops were closed, and we can skate along the five- foot.Ollie the stairs and everthing.Fave meeting place was the infront the Honyi, then we will be cruising around the town until some shops opened. Then we stopped for the breakfast. Ahh! it was great!
Ok, back to the main story that I want to tell. As we skate everyday at Padang Bank, there always some onlookers. But one fine evening, a guy in his 30's( I guessed) came by, he rode a racing bicycle.First he sat on the bench watching us skate, then he became friendly, and asked to borrow one of our decks. We just gave him, and he just rode it,no fancy stuff. Then he do the hand stand, peh! we were stunned, that's old skool.
After a few minutes later he left. We thought he must be studying in oversea or he was a skateboarder way far before us....
That was just awesome...

And now, I'm the old guy who still skate! .. and I just don't care...hehe...

...for the past month,Jan 2010, I had attended a training for the whole month so there is no time for blogging.(Just quite bored and sore eyes staring the computer screen during nite time)..Arrgh!
Fast forward,on 12.Feb.2010, milin just had a "bloody show" during the nite.
13.Feb.2010, milin settled her things(emailing some clients pics,update her blog ; not forgotten facebooking).
And finally we went to the hospital (Annur) at 2.00pm. Admitted to the delivery room,the nurse said it will be any time soon.The doctor checked,she said it will be whether that nite or tomorrow morning.So we were send to the hospital room. We just wait in the jasmine room. Iffah came in the evening with her aunties,yani and zeda. They went back just before maghrib. Milin and I just wait in the room and play the contraction-conting-game, the nurse came every 2 hours for the check-up.
Milin had the contraction every 1 hour,then around 11.00pm, the contraction happen at every 30 minutes. We called the nurse, they checked, and take Milin to the delivery rooms.The doctor came and Milin was adviced to take the epidural because she very tired, due to the less sleep the day before. The contraction reading quite high-180(I didn't know the reading, I just looked at the machine's monitor.After the epidural took effect, Milin took a rest, I just went back to room,to take some sleep.
Around 1.00 am,14Feb 2010, the nurse came the room, asked me to go to the delivery room. Milin's contraction just keep coming. Then at 3.14 am, our new angel came out. Alhamdulillah, everything was fine.
I manage to took some pics. The doctor asked me to cut the cord (the cord was harder than I thought-it took two snips). Our baby weight was 3.00kg.
Everything settled at 4.30am.
We check-out from the hospital at6.30pm,14 Feb 2010.

Recently, malaysians are havoc with the news of the two missing jet engine.
This damn shocking, those engine was missing in 2007 and make public end of 2009.????
Those engines are big, it needs proper plan to carry it and ship it to the buyers.
And the price is rm50 millions ????
my theory of the missing engines.
1. They were sold/send Iran for the reverse engineering.
2. They were dissembled parts by parts, sold as spare part in ebay.
3. They taken by the Aliens.,(real alian not the PATI)
4. They were sold to Airasia for spare part.
5. They were sold to the antic collector.

One fine evening we had planned to photograph iffah riding her bicycle.Well nowadays, she's getting good with the pedalling but still with the support of those little wheels. The park trip take a while, in the car she started to lay down, and finally dozed off.
When we reached there, she still sleeping.

P/S: she hardly sleep during the day, she only sleep in the car or at the shooping mall. :)

Just my personal view and my wife D80.

We all need the fan like Kelantan's soccer team. They gave all their support,energy,willingness to spend their hard earn money to travel and cheered their soccer team. I went there on the Saturday evening, it was started to rain. My friend and I need to park his car beside the highway,many thanks to the police-they made the stupid blocking at the parking entrance.We need to walk (like 3km,d**m) in the rain to the stadium. Just reaching the stadium entrance, we are welcomed with the sea of red warrior supporters. And the rest was history. hahaha!
To cut the writing short, the game ended with Negeri Sembilan:3,kelantan:1.
Just wonder, why Indera (is it rite?) score the goal in the injury time not during the game ,was it less pressure?- half of the fan left the stadium after the penalty.hehe... of course it was destined.hehe..
BTW I really enjoy the ambient, full crowd, Mexican wave, fireworks, etc you need to be there to feel it.
Just like my friend said,"mace dale tv". He uttered when we're inside in the stadium.haha!

Last saturday night, I and milin went to our frined house for the Aidilfitri open house at Ara damsara. We got lost while try to under stand the map- but that another story.
While we were eating and socilaising with others, Milin recicevd a call from Yani, her sister. Before that, Yani, Zeda and little Iffah went to Jusco. So they went home by 9.30pm. From Yani' story. They parked the car in front of a house, just four houses from our house because to make way for our car later. So Yani asked Iffah to come out from the car. She came out and she said she was afraid and crying. Yani asked her why?she said theres tree, a green tree. So what? yes, tree is green. That she said , the tree was white and she afraid.She don't want to walk instead.
When we reached home, I asked where they parked the car, they said near the end lot house.Then I just realized that the house is empty because the onwer is dead in that very house !!! He's stay alone in that house, his colleagues broke into his house after two days absent from office. They found him dead on the couch and the tv is still on.

this is a late post. On friday 2 Oct 2009, tmrnd,cyberjaya had a planting day for their staff. Not all employees had involves, just nearly 20 of them (it was quite ok la)-of course I was included.hehe...One of the staff manage to get a plants nursery to supply all the plants-we had to pay of course.

I adopted a curry tree.hahaha..cheap and people can use it rite away.hehe...

Others planted rambutan (school kid), mango, jackfruit, pomegranate,mangosteen and citrus microcarpa.

Hopefully my curry tree will grow bigger and stronger, InsyaAllah.

When we were undergrads in penang, we loved to go to Kassim Mustafa's Restaurant, one of the nasi kandar restaurants spread in Penang. Their special dishes are the rice with the 'gulai ' chicken with some sort of coconut sambal. It is best to taste while hot. But they serve this dishes at 2.00 am! So we had to wait for it.

At that hours, the customer usually the party people.hehe.. ..:).

So happen last friday, my old buddy from Kuching came to KL for some course. So we set-up a meet-up.We arrived at 11.20PM, party people just start to fill-up the Bars, along the Doraisamy stretch (Mojo, Atrium etc)

Only four of us can make it, Nadzli, Idris, Jan and me, we decided to eat at Kassim in Jalan Doraisamy.

The foods still scent the same and the taste still the same. The only change is the chicken size,it is very big ( biotech is godzilla), I can't even fisnished it ( I already ate nasi lemak with Milin before.hehe..). But the boys still can finished it. Welldone!

wonder why the kassim always located near the clubs?

Yesterday, after work, I fetched iffah from her nursery. We went straight home, then iffah ran to her aquarium.
There a floating dead fish. Iffah quickly told me," daddy,fish didn't swim".
I checked, yes, a fish is dead. I took the dead fish and put it away.
The other, four fish remain fine. Iffah asked why the dead.
So after the CSI, I realised that the surface water was quite oily, then I remember, the nite before, Iffah stirred the water using her olive oil bottle(nowadays, she quite experimenting new things and with a tonne of questions).So there's the culprit(I guess la)

So the answer to Iffah question goes as, "the poor fish can't breath due to the dirty water". Then I asked her not put any unneeded things inside the aquarium. She seems to understand.

Then I had to clean and change the water.

Until this morning the fishes seem fine.

we promised Iffah to get her the fishes for her pet after Raya. So last weekend me and Iffah went to Bangi to buy some stuff for the mini aquarium. Iffah choose the aquarium and the fishes by herself. She said, "I want some small orange fish'. so lucky me, the guppy is small,orange and most of all cheap and easy to care. It's accordingly to her spec and mine.

Yesterday,she put a lot of fish food in her aquarium because she said she don't want the fishes get hungry while she went out with Milin to Kinrara Giant for a meeting.Hehe..
So after work, I have to clean the aquarium again-lucky again, it is small.hehe..

Hopefully the fish will survive. InsyaAllah.
